Conditioning with Straps
Service Description
This 4-week series will provide a structured routine of conditioning both on the ground and on straps. If you’re looking to level up on your apparatus or want to explore straps- this is a great start. We will focus on gaining strength, body awareness, and foundational knowledge on positions such as straight arm inversions, meathooks, planches, etc. that can be translated back to your apparatus of choice. An intermediate student (on any apparatus) will benefit most from this class as the subjects we will focus on will require some existing skill and knowledge. (Ex: ability to invert, basic aerial vocabulary, etc.) However, progressions will be provided for everyone. *attending the full 4 weeks is preferred as the class is designed to progress students. Class drop-ins are available if class size is not at full capacity.
Cancellation Policy
We do not accept walk-ins. All classes must be pre-registered for. Any class canceled within 8 hours of the start time will forfeit the cost of class or class pass. If a student no-shows a class without notification they will lose the entire cost of the class and have to pay the full class cost. A student is responsible for paying for the space whether they show up or not. The student will also not have rights to credits or transfers of classes. We do not offer refunds. Any cancellations made outside of the 8 hour window will be credited a class pass back. Please call us if you are running late- otherwise you will be marked as a ‘no-show’. Class Transfers are not allowed. The individual that signed up for the class must be the individual that shows up for class. If a student is unable to attend they will not be allowed to transfer their class to someone else. Cancellation and Late fees do not apply to open practices. Please note that open practices do have strict end times regardless of when a student shows up.
